All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders received on any working day (Monday-Friday) before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day.

The above delivery guidelines are provided by Royal Mail, they are not guaranteed. Royal mail do not allow us to process a lost claim till 13 days* have past (UK deliveries), 20 days* have past (EU deliveries and 25 days* have passed (Worldwide deliveries).

UK ONLY - DHL Next Day Service is available at checkout, the same dispatch cut applies and the order will be delivered by DHL the next working day.
